I applied online, had a phone screening, and then a 2 hour interview where I chatted with 3 different people at the agency. The 2 hour interview was a behavior interview, followed by a discussion with someone doing some of the role's duties, followed by a chat with the CEO. It seems like a really great place to work. Unfortunately I have never heard back about the position. I hope they found someone!
