Even though there were quite a few rounds, the interview process was very welcoming. Overall it was streamlined and quick, and the recruiter on the company's side was always super nice and helpful, making sure everything was straightforward and without any unnecessary complications. Interview formats varied, from traditional job interviews to assessments of personal and work compatibility. This gave me a good grasp of the role and the company culture. Most interviews were online, with one in-person half day at their office, followed by a nice touch—a lunch with the interviewers. Now, having joined the firm, I realize why the number of talks and the effort they put in the interview process was necessary, as Code Intelligence values not only work skills and experience, but also personal compatibility, which definitely shows in the great team and employee dynamics they have built!
