After a 30 minute phone interview I was invited in for an in person interview. I was asked to create an outline of the process I would use to find/hire teaching assistants in a google doc. During the in person interview we worked collaboratively in building out that process, this was about an hour long. Then it moved onto about an hour of behavioral questions with different interviewers. I was then asked to identify three important values from a list or write in ones that weren't on the list. The final 30-45 minutes were with the CEO discussing the schools top three core values and what my top three core values were. It was a long process but I think that is to help ensure they get individuals who have a strong desire to be there.
