I was contacted within a day of applying online and interviewed with the person I would report to. The interview went really well and I was then asked to set up 3 more interviews with different members of management. This all took place over the course of 2 weeks. I was asked to schedule one more interview to get any additional questions and concerns out of the way. The last interview was canceled by HR and I never heard back from the company again. I did email HR and asked for an update but never received a response. I thought it was really unprofessional not to wrap up the process with a decline letter after going through 4 rounds of interviews. In one of the 4 interviews, the interviewee asked me if I brought a resume with me then asked me to "take some time to think to myself" while he reviewed my resume, which ended up being really awkward. I sat there silently while he took his time reading it.
