I applied. A Recruiter reached out to me. I booked a time, she confirmed, and then asked to reschedule the day of. Since then, I provided her with times, followed up twice, and she's gone totally silent. Net Net - Terrible experience and horrible process. At least have the dignity to respond, rescind, and move on - especially when you've engaged with the candidate. I've been in recruiting for 15+ years, and I have never flaked, nor experienced a flake this bad from a company or its representative. Good luck hiring anyone with recruiting practices like this.

I was approached after directly applying and had a phone screen. The phone screen itself was okay, they didn't ask much after my background and instead boasted about Coast's success and talked a lot about themselves. The largest red flag is after the screen, I never heard back, had to follow up myself and in my email wrote I assumed they moved on to other candidates - I got a "unfortunately you are correct" - no empathy or accountability for letting the ball drop.
