Easy. I went into the mall one day, dressed professionally. Handed my resume to the manager at the time and was called for an interview. I was very excited about the position and it showed in the interview and that helped.

Was done in a group interview setting (4 people) and took turns answering questions based on whoever wanted to answer first. Interview was not very long and asked to keep answers more concise.
