Experience and image are very important. Don't expect to be hired if you don't have any higher end retail experience or any at all. I was the youngest out of all the other interviewees. Again, they look for older women who can associate with the customer better. Not the best job for a teenager.

Very easy, asked typical interview questions. This was a one on one interview. They also tested "my sales skills" on the floor with the hiring manager acting as a customer and me trying to sell her some products.

Phone asking general questions then offered a interview. Next, met with the Store Manager who was training another Store Manager which made two interviews then 2nd interview was with the regional manager, was a 3 week process.
