A friend had been working at the store in Tysons Corner for a couple years and I was told that a few seasonal slots were going to open up from November until January. So I turned in my application and a few days later they called me with an offer, I accepted. No actual interview took place, no questions of sales experience etc...
Interview process is very straight forward and simple. Usually it’s one interview but I’ve heard it can be up to two interviews. Management is welcoming and friendly. Two days of orientation if you are hired.

Quick, easy, straightforward. The interview was about 20 minutes and is a group interview. More thank likely you will be interviewed by two managers. After the interview they are typically quick with the onboarding process.
