One interview with the manager of the team and a representative from the head office from Virgina. the focus was on how you will respond to difficult clients. Majority of the work is talking on the phone to brokers and gathering information from them. Some of them are reluctant to give information about the transactions they have completed.

Lack of communication and unreasonable. Made it to the third interview and they ghosted me until i had to reach out several times for them to tell me i didn’t get the role.
