Met with 3 different people in person and had a phone call interview. Neutral experience. Offer was extended but didn’t accept. Not a great work environment. Heard many bad things.

Lack of communication and unreasonable. Made it to the third interview and they ghosted me until i had to reach out several times for them to tell me i didn’t get the role.
Talked about the role for 30 minutes on a teams meeting, and asked if I had any questions after. First "interview" really isn't an interview at all, it's more informational so I wonder what the criteria is to move forward, probably the questions you ask.
