The interview went great! Was even told that they would love to have me at the training, that they thought my portfolio and experience was amazing. I felt the two ladies and I truly connected after talking with them for over 50 minutes. Went home feeling great. Was told that they will be in touch within the next 2 days. But I never heard from them. Not even a rejection email/letter. I called, texted, emailed and never heard a single word back from them. Just completely ghosted me. I mean show some professionalism and at least reply to my inquiries about the interview. Good luck to everyone that gets an interview with them.
A combination of different interview styles, some over the phone and some in person. The final interview was at a company office in the city where I would ultimately be based while I worked at costar.

Interviewed with the hiring manager who explained how the job works. They had already reviewed my portfolio and determined that my skills fit the job opening. After that I interviewed with 2 of the hiring managers peers to determine if I would be a good fit for the company.

Are you willing to give up any side jobs including all paid photography work no matter what field the work is in? This includes selling landscape prints on your own website.

From start to finish, it was about a month just for an initial phone call, scheduling an interview, and finally having one. There was a lot of radio silence in between communications. I was told several times I would be contacted or followed up with, but I never was, and I had to reach out consistently. It was strange to reach out 3-4 times asking when the interview would be since I was told I had been selected and afterward told I would have an answer by such and such date, and radio silence. The actual interview was okay. The person didn't seem to have looked at my photographic work or resume, as they spoke about me creating a prevalent amount of work in an area in which I don't make a lot. When I asked about matterports, if I would be the one processing them after scanning or someone else, I was then explained in detail how to scan properties, which I have on my resume almost two years of experience creating. It was also stated they hadn't researched the company I currently work at.
