After applying online, I was contacted the next day by a recruiter. We had a 20 minute long phone interview asking basic interview questions, providing an overview of the position and asking how my skills will be used to succeed in the position as a RA. He said he would call me an hour later for another phase of phone interviewing but never did. Instead, I received an email inviting me for an interview the next day. Upon arrival, I noticed the environment around the office was dull, everyone seemed to be demotivated and tense. And mind you this was not even close to clock-out time. To me, that was a red-flag!
