Found out about the opening through Indeed. Application was fairly straightforward and not too long. A recruiter called me back maybe two weeks later to give me more info about the position and talk benefits and salary. We scheduled an interview the following Monday. I had a family emergency that required me to reschedule and surprisingly they were very accommodating. I thought having to reschedule would automatically count me out for the position but the interview was very laid back and relaxed. I’ve never felt so comfortable in an interview. I did have to submit a short writing sample after the interview. I was called back about 5 days later and offered the position.
