Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en CoStar Group (San Diego, CA) en feb 2017
Entrevista
Interview was in three phases: (1) Recruiter asks basic programming questions to ensure that I had fundamental knowledge. (2) Phone interview with a tech at CoStar. More like a screening; he asked questions about the nature of my work, obviously to see how I would respond, to determine whether I was familiar with principles endemic to the position that they sought to fill. (3) On-site technical interview. Here, it was just me and another guy in front of a huge screen, he gave me a mouse and a keyboard and told me to make some very specific stuff happen. This went pretty smoothly until he questioned me on something that wasn't anywhere on the job description that they posted online and gave to the recruiter. I was completely blindsided, and failed miserably. Wind went out of my sails after that, I just wanted it to be over. We shook hands and I left.

They wanted to see me code Web API 2 (REST) and stored procedures (which was mentioned nowhere in the job description). Also asked me about unit testing and mocking. Apparently expected me to be familiar with Moq, as well (again, not mentioned in the job description).
Recruiter call first, Hiring manager 1 hour call and then on-site interview 2 to 3 hours with 2 teams. Each team has one or two senior or team lead to interview the candidate.

Nice interviewer but asked questions in an indirect way. Felt a little condescending. I was qualified on paper but very confused with some of the questions. Disappointed but didn't hear great things about the company in general, so may be a blessing in disguise.

I couldn’t understand the interviewer due to his accent. After the interview ended I realized what he was asking and emailed the correct answers. That didn’t work. My skills were not accurately assessed.
