All of the interviews took place over the phone. The first interview consisted of a phone screening where I was asked the basic questions (name three things..., gave an overview of past job history, etc.)
The second interview went through my job history in detail (start and end date, job duties, skills you learned and/or excelled at, supervisor name and title, what your supervisor would say about you, skills that you would have liked to improve upon, problems that arose and how you dealt with them)
The third interview was a skills test where I was asked to demonstrate basic skills (typing, map reading, file saving, and spreadsheet sorting). This was over the phone and through an internet program that connected me to the manager's computer screen.
One in person interview and one virtual interview, first interview was great - second was not. Hit it off with one person and didn’t with the other. Didn’t get the gig based off of that second interview.

Entrevista
Great! Depends on manager you speak with but, very conversational and made you feel comfortable. It lasted about half hour to forty five minutes and I was almost assured that I was getting the job. There were no mind games played. They loved when you understood the company and loved when people did their research before the interview.

Entrevista
The interview process was three-fold and all done over the phone. Most of the questions were about my background as a photographer and whether I'd had any corporate and business experience as well as my driving ability and record. The company did a criminal background check, credit check and drug test prior to sending an offer.
