Clutter is extremely unprofessional and they need to work with honest communication. For the first round, I had a phone call with a tech recruiter. She asked me basic questions about my background, and about previous projects I had worked on. After the interview, the recruiter told me that she would try to set up the next interview as soon as possible, saying that I seemed to be knowledgeable and a potential good fit for the company. She said she would try to set the next interview for the following Monday, and would send me a confirmation email for the interview. When Monday came, I had not received a confirmation email for the interview. I sent numerous emails the day before asking about the time for the next interview, and did not hear back from Clutter until Tuesday. When I heard back, it was a rejection statement saying they did not like my resume, and would not move me forward in the process.
