There was a written aptitude exam which consists of basic mathematical and analytical problems not much from programming. There were 3 parts and little time to complete but there were options and also negative mark. Selected will appear for a face to face round. This round the questions are from your resume only. They ask about all that you written in your resume and general technical questions nothing difficult if you didn't lie in your resume. The biggest downside for me was they will never let you know if you are not selected. After all spending an entire day for the interview the least they can do is let you know if you are not selected. They will just tell you to wait for a week and thats it.
