Having worked in TA for a few years I know the ins and outs of the hiring process . I can honestly say, this was the best experience I have ever had in my career. The HM did a great job with letting me know exactly where I was in the process, how many interviews it would be and was always open to new asking questions even though there is a 6 hour time difference between us. After every interview, she reached out to me through email then a video call to let me know where I was and next steps. When describing the culture of the organization and truly stating that it is a “people first” culture, I was sold. Without exaggeration, the best experience I have had in my career.
