Interview process was fast . The recruiter/coordinator mentions the manager is looking for a culture fit. Interviews goes very well. All answers answered very well and in respectful manner. They ask to expect feedback within 48 hours. No news from them on the feedback. Upon follow up suddenly get an email saying that the company doesn't wish to go ahead with my application. No feedback/ reasons given even after requesting for one. The company is surely not an Equal Opportunity Employer.
I had a recruiter contact me asking if I was still interested and if so, could we setup a time to talk. I replied asking one question which got a response, but when I asked if we could connect the next day, no reply. I sent a follow up and again, no reply. It is so unprofessional to reach out to a candidate and then disappear, and it gives me an idea of how this company represents themselves with candidates.

Entrevista
Cloudera's interview process was very organized and accommodating to my schedule. I began with a phone screen interview, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, two video interviews with two of the recruiters, and ended with an on-site interview with one of the recruiting coordinator's. The process was engaging and enjoyable!

A very positive and conversational interview process, I asked just as many questions as they did. It was great because I got to know the company better, everyone that I met with was very nice and genuine. The recruiter always updated me and the process moved at a good pace. The snack bag was a nice touch as well!
