The interview process was really easy and seamless. From the initial phone interview to the onsite interview, everything went really smoothly. Also, the people I interviewed with were really nice and very easy to talk to. I really enjoyed the overall experience!

The one question I was asked was how I handle a situation in which curve balls are thrown at me and to relate an experience where I have been in a similar situation.
I had a recruiter contact me asking if I was still interested and if so, could we setup a time to talk. I replied asking one question which got a response, but when I asked if we could connect the next day, no reply. I sent a follow up and again, no reply. It is so unprofessional to reach out to a candidate and then disappear, and it gives me an idea of how this company represents themselves with candidates.

Entrevista
Cloudera's interview process was very organized and accommodating to my schedule. I began with a phone screen interview, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, two video interviews with two of the recruiters, and ended with an on-site interview with one of the recruiting coordinator's. The process was engaging and enjoyable!

A very positive and conversational interview process, I asked just as many questions as they did. It was great because I got to know the company better, everyone that I met with was very nice and genuine. The recruiter always updated me and the process moved at a good pace. The snack bag was a nice touch as well!
