The interview process was fine with a couple feedback opportunity. Employees working in Cloudera are smart, friendly and flexible. Although I told them I wasn't a developer on each interview I was interviewed as a developer that was why I couldn't introduce myself. In two technical interviews of three I was asked which position I was applied for because they saw I wasn't a sw developer. The interview was successful because they realised they had to customize the interview process to different jobs and I realised I didn't want to work in Cloudera any more.
