The interview process took one week. One person called me having found my resume online and we arranged to schedule a formal interview onsite with 6-7 different people. Some folks came in groups and some were alone. In total the onsite interview lasted 2 hours. Most of the people I met were very nice and honest about their feelings, but I also felt it was more of me interviewing them than it was an interview for me. Most of the groups I met did not even ask me basic interview questions. I guess it was a good thing I came prepared with a huge amount of questions, but instead of asking me anything about myself, one group even started off with, "what questions do you have for us?" I don't know why it felt more like they were trying to sell their company to me than it was trying to see whether I was a fit. The company culture seemed really great and supportive, but I don't think the interview really taught them anything about their potential candidates. My advice is to really pry about the position and tie it back to your own experiences to make sure they remember who you are.

I applied via LinkedIn and was reached out to for an in-person interview which I was really excited for. It was on-site in Watertown and I met with 4 people, for about 30 minutes each. They were all nice and I enjoyed my conversation with and hearing their "why" for recruiting. After the interview, I was ghosted. I interviewed in October and still nothing. I would have at least liked a "Hey, thanks for coming in, but we're going with other candidates" message. Disappointed in the experience and lack of follow-up despite being told I'd hear back in a couple weeks.
