The interview was conducted by non technical staff who don't understand the role and what should be asked, most of the questions were unprofessional and it seems that the position was created for someone. Moreover to complete the unprofessional behaviour no feedback email was sent to the candidates which reflects how poor communication and poor HR practices in this organisation.
