I was interviewed the first time by the Assistant Director of Customer Success and then she recommended me and the Director of Customer Success reached out to me 2 weeks later and hired me. Woo hoo!
It was pretty quick process, I had two separate interviews one with the head of customer success and then head of support before getting an offer. It was easy and the onboarding process was good with a lot of information.

Very friendly interview, looked and reviewed the resume and ask about previous jobs. Nothing too complicated, asked questions about personal life and interests. Had to make a 3 minute video using the company product.
