I applied on a Friday and had an email inviting me to take the online assessment on Monday. Assessment said 1 hour, but I took 2 hours. Fairly straightforward, but tougher than expected personality assessment....definitely looking for a certain fit

30 minute Intro call with HR. pretty straightforward and pleasant.
Next part was a 2-hour cold-calling project to hardware stores to try to find out about their sales. none of the stores want to talk to you. Really poor experience and reflects terrible on CRC.

The first round was a phone call with HR, and then a 2.5 channel research project. The third round consisted of four half hour long interviews followed by a 30 minute stock pitch.
