I was interviewed by phone. Once that occurs the inperson with the unit working in takes place. Shadowing to establish if capable of work. Hiring takes place. This process can take a while.
Initially was going to do a phone interview but Was changed to doing a web cam interview. Then was scheduled for an in person interview, shadow a HUC for an hour was offered position same day

interview with hiring manager, assistant manager and shadowed a health unit coordinator. Walked through unit and briefly spoke to nurses, other
peers. Observed the unit in its entirety regarding EPIC, telemetry, vocera, etc. Walked unit with employee.
