Interview Process:
Online Interview: General questions and getting to know each other.
Online Coding Interview: Simple tasks like counting words in a sentence, writing assertions, logical reasoning about a charging station, Docker explanation, Linux cd command, and using SSH.
In-Person Interview: Personal meeting with the team.
Salary Discussion:
Initially, a salary of 110K CHF was discussed, but by the third interview, it was revealed that 100K CHF is the maximum, including 30% in shadow stocks and a newly introduced bonus (without experience with it). If this had been communicated earlier, the second and third rounds could have been avoided.
