Met two of their architects both coming from the third world from the east! Very arrogant. Have no idea about design patterns. Seem to have worked on their sucking product their entire career. That's all they know. Did not feel like they have a computer science background.
May be mechanical engineers turned into programmers aka architects! If you visit their country in the east, this empty glass attitude is quite normal.
Have no idea about how to scale the system. Forget about improving system Performance. Very sloppy. I was really irritated during the interview.
