Very long process:
- HR phone interview
- head of development phone interview
- test project
- face to face in office with 3 back to back meetings
One thing to be prepared for is that they don’t really value your time, but expect you to be a fanboy before you even join.
Additionally they have misrepresented their offer around remote work flexibility during a number of calls and emails, just to be told at the last stage that they are not actually that flexible at all. Then they were surprised I was shocked and kept asking to clarify what’s actually on offer.
If they tell you remote work is available, what they actually mean is 1 day a week. So do get that clarified before spending hours to be disappointed by the lack of respect they have towards prospective employees!
Face to face questions after the technical screening are very standard “tell us when have you failed”, “what would you do it...”, “how do you interact with xxx”
