Did an initial phone screen. Then met with multiple folks in-person, including CEO. In-person interviews were all in a row, including a group interview and a couple of short 1 on 1 interviews. I got a good feel for the environment, culture, and variety of work. I felt comfortable both answering questions honestly, and asking questions and raising concerns.
