The process worked fine, but the employee experience was not there at all. I was excited about the position as I am a fan of the company. The recruiter did not meet the excitement even a small bit. The position and the pay was way below my current experience and pay, but I would have been able to be flexible to certain extend. The recruiter never got back to me with answers she promised, instead it was just "we are not proceeding with you".
