Very laid-back, met with two members of upper management (an editor and a manager) to discuss my background and answer questions about my resume. I finished it off by taking a brief writing test, writing six sentences describing a blue couch in a salesy manner. The entire process took about 2 weeks, and I received a call offering me the position with enough time to work my final two weeks at my old job.
