Consisted of a 30 minute virtual interview with a clark associate, then got invited to a 4.5 hour virtual career day. This day consisted of three 30 minute interviews and a information session.

After submitting the application, Clark reaches out for a quick screening call where they ask personality questions. upon passing you head to an in person interview that lasts around 4 hours where you have three one on ones.

2 phone screening calls then an in person 3 interview super day at the Mclean office. In person days are over a 2 month period and they help you with travel and other logistics.
