It consisted of: An initial interview with Lucía from HR A technical interview with the Director of Data Science A take-home exercise with a 7-day deadline A final panel interview Everything was clearly explained in advance, including expectations and timelines. What really stood out to me was how considerate and human the team was. On the same day I submitted the take-home exercise, I received an offer from another company. Since I was genuinely very interested in this role, I asked whether it would be possible to speed up the remaining steps. The team was extremely understanding, moved very quickly, and kept me informed at all times. Responses were always prompt and thoughtful. Overall, the people I interacted with were not only highly professional but also genuinely nice and approachable.
