I interviewed for the Provider Data Specialist position. The recruiter was super supportive, positive, and energetic throughout the process, which gave me a great first impression of the company. However, one of the hiring managers didn’t attend the first interview, so I had to do another one the next day, which was inconvenient.
Pros:
The recruiter’s communication and professionalism stood out and they made the process easy to follow and encouraging.
Cons:
The hiring managers came across as disengaged and unenthusiastic about both the role and the company. The second interview repeated a lot of the same questions and focused on how the job could feel “mundane.” My own questions about the position weren’t clearly answered, and there was no follow-up afterward.
Overall:
The experience started strong thanks to the recruiter, but the interviews themselves felt uninspired and poorly coordinated. In hindsight, not receiving an offer might have been for the best, and the lack of enthusiasm from leadership suggested deeper issues with morale or team culture.
