Entrevista
I first had a 2 on 1 interview with women who worked in higher positions that I could potentially be working with in the role I was interviewing for. They were very honest that this position was going to be a lot of work as they were still trying to hire on more positions to help with the work load. Overall their view was a bit negative but they pushed me on to the next round and I wanted to see what the rest of this process had in store. The next two women were much more positive and explained how they had been working here for years and loved the company. They made me feel very comfortable and it was a great interview experience. The third and final round is a presentation to about 10 different people and various positions in the company. They give you a few topics to choose from and you have to present for at least 15 minutes. I thought my presentation went well as answered any questions they had but I was completely ghosted after that. The hiring manger was super nice at first and then stopped answering any emails. Two weeks later, I finally got the rejection email. Waste of my time.

The prompt I chose for the presentation was along the lines of "describe a challenge you've faced in your current or previous role and how did you overcome it"
It was a good experience. Interview was good. They have asked me about my previous experience and few questions about clinical research. All were supportive. I got selected after 3 rounds.

First is with the Talent Acquisition team for suited profile and expectations. Then the division managers/directors interview you on your knowledge and capabilities. Eventually the members of the team that you would directly work with have a nice little chat with you as the last round of interview before an offer is made.
