What was even more disappointing was their sudden and unexplained rescindment of the offer, leaving me astonished and without any recourse. Individually, the people I interacted with were pleasant and professional. However, it's the collective approach and behavior of the company that raises red flags. Potential candidates should approach interviews at CitySwift with caution, carefully considering if this is an environment they wish to invest their time and career in. Last-Minute Offer Rescindment: Despite agreeing upon a start date and expecting further details, they abruptly rescinded the offer, claiming a more technically experienced candidate was willing to accept a lower salary.
