There were three rounds of interviews: two technical rounds and one CEO round. In the first round, they asked questions about C#, .NET, .NET Core, and OOP concepts. The second round involved a more detailed discussion on these topics and lasted around 45–50 minutes. After that, the HR team contacted me and informed me that I had cleared the second round and that there would be a final CEO round. During the CEO round, they asked only general questions, such as family details and the reason for changing jobs. However, after completing all the rounds, they informed me that the role was not a good match for my profile. I feel this was a poor approach, as the role suitability should ideally have been assessed before taking a candidate through the entire interview process.
