I had an online interview due to Covid. However they were able to make the process very personable. I enjoyed meeting with the people interviewing me, and they did not come off as intimidating whatsoever.
2 phone interviews (zoom), more personality based. No technical questions, they essentially asked about my resume and about my school and things I was involved in at school. Not the most formal.
I was interviewed together by an associate and manager in the tax department. They just asked basic interviewed questions off a list that was in front of them. It was fine.

Easy interview process and everyone is very friendly and supportive. First-round they just check if you are a good fit, second round they talk to you, ask questions, try to be friends.
