Working in the financial industry for over 10 years, moving to another firm was not something I was really comfortable doing. However, after the first discussion with the team at Citizens (Paul, Tom and Iryna) I realized that this firm genuinely cares about the employee as a person and coworker. I applied for the job and soon after met the team that I would be working on and the interview was more of a conversation to make sure I would fit in with the Citizens culture. The regional director was familiar with my background and actually took the time to read my resume before I arrived, which does not happen often. The recruiter went above and beyond and stayed in contact throughout the process. I never thought I would say this, but I wish I looked to make the move sooner.
