There were multiple components to the interview process, however the most important from leaderships perspective was that the organization was looking for true agile leaders. Individuals that live and breathe the change driven models derived from this framework. This results in a very collaborative atmosphere and culture after working for the company for 1 year.

- Multiple case studies along with various technical questions
- a few resource allocation questions
- I had roughly 3 math questions throughout the interview process
The key is to ensure the candidate is able to engage subject matter expert's and to ensure cognitive problem solving.

Interview scheduled with help of recruitment agency.
Citius HR was very prompt with all the arrangements. They use nexthire software which works really good.
The most striking things about citiustech is their panel. They are well versed with the subject at same time very comforting and humble. They keep their camera on in discussion which is very comforting for candidate. They are very polite while asking the question and make the interview more like discussion.
I have given 2 rounds of interview. First with sr vp and second with vp. Both are very humble and co-operative. It reflects the employee friendly company culture.
