Went through eight rounds of interviews of a mixed technical, case studies, and behavioral types. Overall, the interview took 3 months. After informing them, I received another offer and was asked to expedite it. I was just informed that there is no visibility as they're going through a reorg. A company that wasted someone's time for three months doesn't deserve to be in business. The new CIO, Kate Moore is super disorganized and should step down.
