Was asked to complete a test. Basic finance and accounting related questions. Financial instruments.. Options, Forwards, Futures.. how to post accrual entries and prepayment.
Interviewed by 2 group leader. Interview was relatively average with interviewers starting with some technical questions. Was clarifed that this job doesn't do the actual managing of the fund but handles the back end reporting function. Was asked a few situational questions like what would you do if there is multiple tasks to do and there is no one left in the office to consult with. Interviewers looking for people who can spread the work load instead of independently doing all by yourself.

If you're given 3 tasks to be completed by 3pm, and its already 1pm and you've only completed 2 tasks out of the 3, what would you do?
The interview was a Whats App phone call for 15mins. Technology is so poor they do the interviews over whats app - computers don't have video calls, no teams or anything. Very few questions - barely felt like an interview.
Smooth yung hiring process. First ay Assessment and Written Interview then 2nd is Final Interview with supervisor and manager. Yung mga questions ay usual interview questions like tell me about yourself, how do you handle stress/pressure, etc.
2-3 weeks yung period ng hiring process.

Entrevista
At first there were the general introduction of panel about the company and myself.After that the interview process start with the questions about technical and domain knowledge. Accrual expense journal entries and accounting basics. Also about my strength and development areas.
Overall excellent process to the point.
