Applied through a referral and got an automatic OA (Online Assessment). Passed that round to get to a 45 min technical with an engineer. The questions seemed to be up to the interviewer and weren't super standardized. Next round was 3 straight 45 min technicals were similar to the previous round. The questions varied quite a bit from each interviewer. Some were more algorithmic based, design focused, or even systems focused. Didn't pass this round.

The interview began with a ten minute behavioural component, and then proceeded to a thirty minute technical assessment to evaluate core skills, and reserved the final five minutes for any questions
