Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Citadel (Hong Kong) en oct 2017
Entrevista
3 months. I was contacted by a recruiter while abroad the USA late in September about a role in NYC, and I passed a phone screen. Citadel then flew me to their Hong Kong office for an interview with the team in Chicago, IL (which went well). A month later, HR admits that she forgot to perform an interview, then there was this abrupt organizational change around the time of Thanksgiving week. There were a few more snags. The role now has been switched from NYC to Chicago and with dual role responsibilities as a Software and DevOps Engineer. I agreed to both conditions without any reservations. My recruiter contacted me in December to set up an interview appointment with the new Director of Global Infrastructure. Then a week right before Christmas, my recruiter contacted me and advised that the position is on hold indefinitely. 3 months left my family and I high and dry from Citadel as their words became broken promises.

Online assessment with 3 coding questions on bfs and stacks etc.
First round on a simple coding question with some basic CS questions on top of it and also asked many CV questions and motivations
Did not proceed after this round
OA then phone interview, discussed about experience, coding rounds, and some open ended questions afterwards. The last 5 - 10 mins was for interviewee to ask questions back. Didn't pass this round :(
I had an HR screen where they asked about my experience at my previous company and to prepare for C++ to talk with the hiring manager. They asked about why I got laid off at my previous company.
