Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Citadel (Chicago, IL) en oct 2016

The engineers I've talked to were pretty cool but the recruiters were awful. They thought I was applying for full time and mistakenly charged me for every single penny on the hotel (which was a pretty good one, but that only adds to the harm done to my account). The recruiter also scheduled my second round interview with my first round interviewers, who refused to interview me again and asked for a reschedule with another programmer. This resulted in the process being put on pause for two weeks. Overall, really cool technology and engineers, but the recruitment process could have been better.

Online assessment with 3 coding questions on bfs and stacks etc.
First round on a simple coding question with some basic CS questions on top of it and also asked many CV questions and motivations
Did not proceed after this round
OA then phone interview, discussed about experience, coding rounds, and some open ended questions afterwards. The last 5 - 10 mins was for interviewee to ask questions back. Didn't pass this round :(
I had an HR screen where they asked about my experience at my previous company and to prepare for C++ to talk with the hiring manager. They asked about why I got laid off at my previous company.
