Haphazard and disorganized. Interviews were scheduled, rescheduled, and way too short at each session. The web page also was useless trying to track the status of the interview or position. For the amount of time and effort Cisco claims to invest in their HR and “taking care” of their people, they sure have missed the mark on the job recruiting and talent. I’ve heard from people that work at the company that is the usual.

This was a standard recruiter screen and hiring manager interview. The hiring manager asked me rather basic interview questions about product management, such as what are 3 attributes of a good product manager and my experience with the product domain (observability).
