This company works with a lot of "conflicts of interests" when it has any process opened in Colombia. After 8th interviews they selected a someone’s friend in the company, and they only needed the rest of people to be involved during the process only to show like the process was clean, but it is not true. Don't waste your time if you want to be part of Cisco in Colombia, if you don't people in the company. The only way you can get a job with Cisco is if you're applying for a position where the hiring manager is not located in this country. Also, be prepared for not to receive any email, feedback or whatever news from HR or another area saying “thanks” or "the team has decided to pursue other candidates at this time", like other companies do. Finally, don't waste your time, you can have all perfect answers, and perfects skills during the interview, if they already have selected the candidate (someone’s friend internally) from the beginning you don't have any chance.
