I had gone through 3 different interview processes for an internship role! While I had a good experience with the first 2 which was an HR screening call and a one on one meeting, the final meeting was awful which included 4 managers and only one of them was talking the whole time, I felt like I was there as a time waster instead of a future intern, 3 of the managers did not speak a word. After concluding this interview, there was 11 days of silence, where on the 8th day I emailed HR, and then on the 11th and only received a call back after my email telling me I had not made the role, this is not how new hires and especially students should be treated. Would not recommend but no choice in this economy.
