The interview was well organized and scheduled very efficiently. First round was technical, second round was managerial, third round was executive round. Then last was hr round. All the interviewer were very good and helpful. The first 3 interviews were purely technical and in depth. It was hard but good. In the hr round I was asked for location preference. The hr discussed the salary and said offer will rolled out shortly. But after waiting one month no offer came. So I mailed them. After mailing 2-3 times, they said that offers are extended to the main list. And yet now no rejection/selection came.

I applied through Cisco Career Site. The whole recruitment process was very great. Initially, an exam was conducted. It consisted of MCQ's and a couple of coding questions(easy - medium level). Time limit was one hour. If you clear the round, there will be 3 rounds of interviews: Technical Round, Managerial Round, HR Round
